How can I add a card to my Masterpass wallet?

1.) Open your Masterpass app

2.) On the Home Screen, click  "Cards" 

3) Click "Add card" 

4.) Scan your card, or enter your card details in the provided fields

5.) Click "save"

How do I remove a card from my Masterpass wallet?

1.) Open your Masterpass app

2.) On the Home Screen, click  "Cards" 

3) Select the card you’d like to remove and click "remove card" 

How do I delete my Masterpass App?

We hope you never need to delete your Masterpass App. However, if you do, just follow the simple steps below.

1.) Open your Masterpass app

2.) Remove all bank cards

3.) Uninstall the Masterpass app 

When your app is uninstalled, all of the information—card details and personal details—is removed from the Mastercard database

I'm signing in on a new device and it's asking me for more authentication - what do I do?

The first time you sign into your wallet on a new device or browser, you'll be asked to complete a second level of authentication.

1.) You will be sent a one-time password via text message, or to your email if you choose

2.) Enter this password and check "Remember me on this device' if you want to skip this second level of authentication on your next visit
